We understand that travel plans can change. Below are the terms for canceling or modifying your reservation at Siwa Shali Resort:
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund (minus any third-party transaction fees).
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 50% of the total booking cost.
Last-Minute Cancellation & No-Show: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive (No-Show), will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Peak Season & Holidays: During peak seasons (October – April) and national holidays, free cancellation is only available up to 14 days prior to check-in.
Modifications: Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before arrival.
